What can we expect at a consultation?

It goes without saying that a wedding is an incredibly important event that happens once. There are a million moving pieces and two very important people at the middle who worked hard to find love and to make this day what it is. Whether you select a full scale planning experience where you can let a professional handle all your needs or if you simply prefer to have a planner cross all the i's and dot the t's, it would be our privilege and honor to make your day flawless and beautiful. There are so many more reasons including understanding value, cost, timing, logistics, human nature and having the ability to execute flawlessly and with finesse. Why should I invest in a wedding planner or coordinator? 

A la carte services include event & shoot styling, tablescape design, color palette and decor selection, guest list management and venue plans including seating and VIP guest receptions and hospitality baskets.We also include a tier of strategic planning and budget management services and workshops. Gala hosts educational workshops for engaged couples, brides, grooms and planners. We work with vendors from A to Z including caterers, photographers, videographers, wedding venues, rentals & lighting, florists, private chefs & bakeries, invitaions, ice sculptures, wedding attire, bar services, musicians & entertainment, audio visual, jewelers, floral designers, officiants, hair & makeup artists, calligraphers and accommodations to name a few. 

What sort of vendors and a la carte services do you provide?

The primary difference is that with a full time planner you're hiring a professional with years of production, design, logistics and the sensitivity to work with a wide range of clients to suit and fulfill their every need. A planner will work with you from start to finish and provide post event/post production services to wrap up any lose ends for her client. A wedding coordinator or day of coordinator works with wedding clients for a shorter specific period of time anywhere from 6-9 months or from 2-3 months and has a more limited scope of work while seeing to all the important details so that you may enjoy your wedding day.
